**Professionally sanitized** Nice and quiet, yet only a 5 min drive to a major shopping center and a short walk to the ocean where you can paddle out to the famous Sand bar! We live in the beautiful Lulani ocean neighborhood on Kaneohe bay. 1 block from the the ocean. It's a nice small Studio with separate entrance and its own bathroom. It has a queen size bed, TV (to access your Netflix, Hulu and so on through provided internet service and Roku device), mini fridge and mini kinchennete corner with two burner cook top, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans and dinnerware. It is a budget Studio, there is no AC but it has two ceiling fans and one standing fan there. In summer time we can provide portable AC for extra $10 per night upon your request. We have dedicated parking for our guests, and are also conveniently located along the bus route although we always recommend renting a car. We have snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, towels and cooler to use for free. There is even a BBQ available for use on the property. We are close to the Kailua beach (20 minute drive), 30 minute drive from Honolulu/Waikiki. There is a bus stop just down the street. Stop #1746, Kamehameha hwy and Lulani st. We are located close to access to 3 major freeways: any tourist site on the island is a 5 - 60 minute drive from us. The perfect place to stay and enjoy exploring everything Oahu has to offer! Parking. We only have enough space for one car per unit. If you have more than one car or are having someone visit please let us know in advance. This is a quiet and respectful neighborhood. Please only park on the ocean side of the street next to the house between the brick markers. Everywhere else is our neighbors parking. If you're not sure where you can park, please call us and we will be more than happy to help.Thank you. We do our best to be eco friendly and wash the towels with organic soap and hang dry them to lower our impact on the local power supply, this does have an affect on the the softness of the towels depending on the humidity. We also provide lots of extra towels as sometimes they don’t dry very well after use because of the high humidity (depending on the time of year).
