The terrace is shaded by a tree, parking place is near the house. Pets are welcome. The space Cozy and small rustic cottage of 44 sqm on two levels. It is beautifully decorated and has such a unique character. On the ground floor the brickwork kitchen with two gas fires, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a bathroom with shower, and a dining room. The internal staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom from which you enter the room with the bunk beds. There are at the disposal air conditioning, satellite TV, towels, and bed linen. The terrace in front of the house with garden furniture under the mighty old lime tree in the shade where you can spend relaxing moments. Pets are welcome. Parking near the house. The sandy beach at 150 m is great for families with children. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house Other things to note * Pets are welcome with prior notice, Supplement 10 € per pet per day, to be paid on arrival. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution, - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
