La Villa Lomaïka

Villa Lomaïka is a lovely 150 m2 vacation home. Spacious, pleasant and comfortable, located in a residential area 5 minutes' walk from the popular Tamarin Bay beach. 3 bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen, terrace, you can enjoy its private pool and kiosk while admiring the pretty Tourelle de Tamarin mountain. A few minutes from a shopping mall, sports center, pharmacy, restaurants, you will find everything nearby. Garden and private parking. The space Villa Lomaïka is our little haven of peace, where you can find calm and tranquility, to enjoy the beautiful sun of Tamarin. It has 3 "en-suite" bedrooms. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house, i.e.: 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a small indoor TV area, a kitchen, a small "store", washing machine and ironing area, a large outdoor terrace, a kiosk, a 5.3 m x 3 m swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.5 m and a large garden Other things to note The entire Villa Lomaïka team will do their best to ensure you have a perfect stay. :-). Caroline, the owner, handles bookings and will be available to answer any questions you may have by email or message. Isabelle, the villa manager, will be there to welcome you on arrival, and will therefore take care of check-in most of the time. A cleaning lady will help you with storage and cooking, Monday-Friday for 3 hours. Her name is Baby. Kind and welcoming, she will take care of you to make your stay more enjoyable. Note! Important! A tax of 3 euros per person per night is claimed by the authorities as a tourist tax. This amount is to be provided in cash, and to be given to Isabelle on arrival. Thank you!
