My apartment in Perla Saidia is 50 km from Oujda and 70 km from Melilla. It is located between the Marina and downtown Saidia. The beach is 200 m away. You'll love my place because of the pool and the proximity to the beach. It's a secure residence. Several guards guard the residence. No serious person abstains The space The apartment is air-conditioned (living room + bedrooms). The kitchen is very well equipped. Wi-Fi in the apartment Other things to note I will only accept 4 people in the apartment, otherwise someone on site will give you the keys. Photocopy of required IDs. Not suitable for pets No parties or events Family rental only (adults with children) SHEETS + PILLOWCASES provided Only persons registered in the rental contract are admitted to the residence. You will need to complete an information sheet upon arrival. Tenants are not allowed to invite other people into the residence and apartment and must comply with the house rules.
