Bathroom: a water heater; toilet bidet; hair dryer Provision of the basic toiletries (i.e. bath towel, soap, shampoo, hand soap, tissue - NO TOOTHPASTE AND TOOTHBRUSH; NO SLIPPERS): - stay of less than a week — ONLY ONCE PER GUEST FOR THE ENTIRE STAY - stay of more than a week - ONCE A WEEK UPON REQUEST Guest access NO. OF OCCUPANCY & VISITORS — per condo guidelines, maximum occupancy is up to FOUR (4) persons only. NO VISITORS are allowed, only registered guests are permitted to enter the condo building. ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES — we do have additional guest fee of Php336 per person per night for the third guest and up so please make sure to UPDATE the correct number of guests when booking. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT FEE — we allow early check-ins or late check-outs depending if there’s a guest before you or after you, respectively. For early check-ins, we charge a Php100 per hour from the standard check-in time. For late check-outs, we only allow 30 minutes of extension at no extra cost. A/C FEE — only the air-conditioning (A/C) unit inside the bedroom is activated and free of use. If you wish to use the A/C in the living room, please advise us and note that there will be an additional fee of Php500 per night. ALTERATION REQUESTS — reservation date alteration can only be accommodated once with the condition that the request for alteration is five (5) days prior to the original check-in date. Any alteration requests made less than five (5) days from the original check in-date will not be allowed. NO POOL AND GYM ACCESS NO PARTY/LOUD NOISES — Note that the condominium is primarily a residential area, please avoid loud noises that can cause disturbance to other occupants. Parties, videoke, karaoke, loud games, and any other activities that will cause loud noises are not allowed in all of our units. If a report of violation has been substantiated, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE the unit immediately without any refund for the whole duration of stay. STRICTLY NO SMOKING — PHP2,000 fine for violators LOST RFID CARD — ensure that the RFID card used to access the elevators is returned upon check out to avoid a penalty of PHP2,000 per RFID card. GARBAGE DISPOSAL — Please keep the unit as neat as possible. For short-term stays, please properly wrap your garbage and leave it inside the unit. For long-term stay, please dispose the garbage at the Refused Room located at the basement floor or there are trash bins in each podium (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors). You may use the service elevator to easily find the trash bins. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT AS IT WILL INCUR YOU A PENALTY OF PHP5,000. PARKING FEE — We do not have a free parking for this unit. But there is a PAY PARKING within the condo building (basement). As this is a commercial parking (not owned or managed by the host), host won't be held liable for any fees. Please make sure to contact host for the parking rates before booking the unit.
