The apartment is in the district of Garmisch and is located in a quiet top location at the foot of the local mountain. The space You will stay in our very comfortably equipped apartment with space for 1-4 persons. Our apartment is cozy and designed with friendly colors. You will enjoy the highest living comfort with fantastic views of the mountain panorama. The apartment has been newly renovated and furnished in an exclusive style. The combination of wood and modern elements creates a cozy "feel-good atmosphere". Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively available to you during your stay. This includes the apartment "Hausberg am Skihang" on the 2nd floor of the building. There is also a carport available free of charge for the duration of your stay. In winter, you have access to the ski room in the basement of the house. Other things to note The Hausbergbahn (and the ski slope/classic ski area) as well as the Zugspitzbahn stop are less than a 5-minute walk away. The annoying search for a parking space and expensive parking fees are not an issue for our guests - the car can be parked free of charge directly at the property. The Garmisch center, the Olympic ski jumping hill and the Partnachklamm gorge are also within walking distance. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a spa town that offers wonderful leisure opportunities both in winter and summer. That's why a spa tax of €3 per person per night (from 16 years) is also charged, which must be paid on-site. In turn, you get the so-called spa card, which entitles you to many leisure activities at particularly favorable conditions, e.g. free bus rides within the village or free entry to the urban indoor swimming pool.
