The ground floor (45m2) with fireplace and the adjoining, modern, equipped kitchen open to a small enclosed garden with garden furniture. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1st:bed 160, 2nd:2 beds 90), a bathroom, and an office area with sofa. Outside, a laundry room and a room for surfing, bikes, BBQ... Nice pets allowed. The space Our house is located in a still wild and beautiful location for those who love the ocean . It has been renovated and decorated with beautiful materials and objects respecting its history but modernizing it and giving it a unique character. From the house, all day you can enjoy the large white sand beach supervised for swimming in July and August and known for its surfing and wild beauty, but also walks on the coastal path to Pointe du Raz or... meet around the stove in winter... The port of Audierne is both a fishing port famous for its barbers and hutters (lobster). In the afternoon, fishermen bring their catch to the fish market.
