The Beach House - right on the beach.

Pls read this 1st paragraph in full before booking. A quintessential beach cottage with the beach as your back yard. 3 bedrooms, timber floors, combustion fire & town just a casual 2km stroll via the beach. Pet & child friendly, heaps of extras. This place is addictive - our guests have been coming back year after year. House trained dogs welcome inside with prior approval. No fences. Single nights will oçur a $100 surcharge. $30 pet fee per dog per stay. Linen hire available, $15-20pp. The space This location is hard to beat with it's calm bay beach. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, wind surfing or just hunting for shells. Enjoy the combustion fire in the winter (plenty of dry wood stored out of the weather) and the sea breezes in the summer. Large decks back and front and a gas BBQ complete the picture. We have even included a fish cleaning sink for your successful catch. *LINEN NOT INCLUDED but can be supplied for $15pp, or $20pp if you want the beds made up. *SINGLE NIGHTS INCUR A $100 SURCHARGE. $30 pet fee per dog per stay. *1 NIGHT MINIMUM considered but will depend on other bookings otherwise 2 night minimum weekends and school holiday periods EXCEPT long weekends (3 nights), Easter (4 nights) and the summer holiday period (7 nights). I have tried to set this on our calendar but it repeatedly disappeared. Guest access We are close to town a 20 min walk away but a car would be essential if you want to explore further afield. Flights do come into Moruya airport but you will need to hire a car. Almost flat access to beach, no roads to cross. Flexible arrival and departure times when vacancy allows, by prior arrangement. Other things to note Our tariff covers up to 6 people. Any extras will be an additional $25 per night. We have a 2 night minimum weekends, 3 night minimum long weekends, 4 night minimum at Easter and 7 night minimum over the summer holidays. $100 SURCHARGE ON SINGLE NIGHT BOOKINGS. LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED but is available on request ($15 pp supplied. $20 pp for beds made). A $30 pet fee applies for each pet for the duration of the booking. This goes towards frequent specialist carpet cleaning and minor damage. There is a folder full of brochures on restaurants, local attractions and activities. We are happy to provide a free cot (with linen), high chair and baby bath on request. An over the toilet commode and shower chair is also available on request. WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE but a $50 charge will apply if BBQ and other cookware is not properly cleaned.
