The space The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing with friends and family. The living area also includes a sofa nook by the window, ideal for reading or taking in the neighborhood scenery. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a coffee maker, making it easy to cook your favorite meals. A cozy dining area completes the space for relaxed meals. ------- Guests can access the entire apartment, with all areas designed for comfort and ease. Guests are kindly asked not to force access to or use the downstairs area during their stay. Other things to note #BBQ Use: A BBQ is available for use. However, please note there will be an $80 charge if left dirty. #Early Check-in: Our standard check-in time is 3 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. To guarantee early access, we recommend booking the night before, if available. #Late Check-out: Our standard check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure. To guarantee a later check-out, we recommend booking an additional night, if available #For families with children: Please ensure kids are supervised in the deck area as it may not be fully childproof. #No parties or events are allowed on the property. #There are approximately 20 steps (a few flights of stairs) required to access the apartment. Please note the building is in a heritage listed area - the external staircase is a classic, relatively steep walk-up that is typical of the area and era in which it was built. Guests should consider whether this is appropriate before booking. #Our property is accessed via the external stairs up via a common property entrance. We ask guests to be courteous of our neighbours when using these areas, particularly keeping noise down outside on the deck later in the evenings. #The downstairs area is out of bounds and not included in your booking. Guests are kindly asked not to force access to or use the downstairs area during their stay. #Elwood Beach, St Kilda, and the CBD are just a short distance away, with easy access to public transport. #Ripponlea Railway Station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
