Villa Favour benefits from various levels and open spaces, offering spectacular views over False Bay and Table Mountain across the bay. It nestles against the mountain slopes and overlooks the harbour Yacht club and Bikini Beach. The Villa overlooks the commencement of the wonderful Whale Coast of South Africa. The space Villa Favour has three double bedrooms including one en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen, home office space, dining area, lounge with gallery and an additional sitting area overlooking the pool and Bay. There are two patio areas, plus landscaped gardens well planted with indigenous plants, and a barbecue area. The main balcony enjoys a sparkling pool in which to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery, over the bay, it is equipped with tables, chairs and loungers for making the most of the views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, patio doors and panoramic window onto a balcony with magnificent views over the ocean; it also has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two overlooking the pool is a cool bedroom with a double bed and patio doors onto the lower balcony and pool area. The third bedroom has twin beds and also has panoramic views over the ocean.
