The space The ground floor has an airy open plan, glass doors opening onto the lawn and lake views, a fresh contemporary state-of-the-art kitchen, and a sunny cosy conservatory. The living room and conservatory both feature up-to-date Smart TVs and both a gas and wood-burning fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes a digital induction hob, 2 ovens and a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, popcorn maker and cappuccino machine. The master bedroom is an oasis of calm, with a comfortable super king bed, ultra soft rug, blackout curtains, and glass doors opening onto a lovely balcony. Includes an ensuite bathroom with bath. The guest room has a deep comfy king bed, a small workspace with desk, and a divan large enough for a little guest ;) Features a beautiful lakefront view. The third bedroom was designed specifically for older children, with its smaller size and climb-up built-in double bed, but of course is comfortable for anyone who’s okay with that! We also find it makes a peaceful meditation room when no one's staying there :) *Travel cot also available upon request There is a shared guest bathroom in between the two guest rooms, with a shower. The gardens are truly gorgeous, with an outdoor seating area, a shady wisteria-covered pergola, and fountain, as well as a croquet and boules set for your enjoyment. The garden shed contains a very minimal home gym: a rowing machine, a few weights and a bench. Relax among the roses and daffodils, and help yourself to homegrown apples or whatever's in season in the vegetable patch! Also includes a secure gate code, alarm system, outdoor lighting, and enclosed garden for safety. Good wifi throughout the house. Guest access Guests may have access to entire house. Garage is not available for parking, but there is ample space in the driveway.
