Pepper is located on the top level of the property w/ a patio, direct views of the pool, Aegean Sea, Bodrum. This room accommodates 2 guests with a double bed, kitchen, a private living room for a calm day after a spicy evening. Within the walls of the property there is nothing but tranquility and calm. We are close enough to everything Bodrum has to offer yet far away from the sound and lights of the city. Instead of loud music, you will find time and silence-to think, reflect, relax and read. The property keeps true to the original architecture of Bodrum: sugarcube homes; with functional spaces, great views, privacy, easy access to downtown Bodrum and the shopping/restaurant district. There is a large rooftop sitting area with some of the best views of Bodrum. The propery has 9 seperate rooms with shared: restaurant area that serves breakfast and drinks (extra charges apply), a gorgeous limestone pool with sundeck, 24 hour laundry service (extra charges apply), rooftop sitting area with great views of Bodrum and the Aegean Sea. Please visit the rooftop for wonderful sunset views. The innkeeper: Mr. Ömer will be available 24 hours for any questions or concerns. The owner will also be reachable via telephone. The neigbourhood is safe, quiet and mostly accommodated by locals. The restaurant district is a 15 minute walk. There are taxis on the same street that could take you anywhere. The beach is a 10 minute walk. Taxi, Dolmuş (Semi taxi-Semi bus), private rides are available. The cruise port is a 5 minute walk, the closest beach is a 10 minute walk - restaurant district is a 10 minute walk - the bar street is a 15 minute walk - the marina district is a 20 minute walk. This room has a kitchen with a small fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher. Breakfast is available at the hotel restaurant in case you don't wish to cook breakfast. Our rooms have a smart TV with access to Netflix. We use and offer local produce from the Muğla/Bodrum region when possible. Fresh coffee, two yoga mats and some suprise welcome goodies will be waiting for you upon arrival. Locally produced ice cream, locally brewed beer and a hand selected variety of wine from different areas within Turkey will be available for purchase. We are able to offer a second room for a special price for whom are coming with their children and nanny. This option allows for families to stay in the same property yet have the privacy you might want. Please note that a guardian above the age of 18 (like a nanny or a grandmother:) is required to be staying in this room. We can accomodate up to 2 children and a guardian in the second room.
