If the booking is for 2 people, only 2 people will be allowed to enter the accommodation. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a large, renovated old house. Refurbished in January 2023. It is composed of: A living room One bedroom A bathroom. The living room, with a sofa bed for 2 people, includes a dining area with a table and chairs. (If the booking is for 2 people and you need a second bed, please let us know in advance when booking. You will be asked for a supplement of €30 per stay) There is also a super-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender... washing machine (with a €5 fee per load) as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils.) If the kitchen is not left as clean as you found it, an additional €35 per hour (current rate) will be requested from the guest. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) The bedroom includes a 140/190 cm double bed with a 20 cm latex mattress, a wardrobe, and a TV with Chromecast. Linens and blankets are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (please take showers rather than baths) and a sink. (A hair dryer is available for your use.) Bath towels are provided. This apartment is equipped with CMV (controlled motorized ventilation). In the very quiet garden, you will find, among the various amenities, an area reserved for you with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. As indicated in the additional house rules, we can accommodate children under 2 years of age at a rate of €30 per night. A crib and high chair will be provided on request.
