Sliding doors open onto a big deck with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, sun lounges and ocean views. Sit back with a glass of wine, watch the birds and listen to the waves roll in. For those who love to cook, the kitchen has all you will need, including a full range of utensils, sufficient cutlery, crockery and glassware for two families, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms including one Queen room with ensuite. There are two double rooms and main bathroom with bath. Downstairs is perfect for a second family. You'll find a beautiful queen bedroom with a built in workspace overlooking the front garden. Down the hallway is a kids' paradise with two bunk beds, a sitting area with a big wall-mounted TV, and lots of toys and books to keep them entertained. You'll also find a full sized bathroom with shower and a laundry/mud room. The entire ground floor has heated floor to keep you toasty warm in those colder months. From the hallway down stairs or through sliding glass doors in the kids' room move to a big outdoor sunroom with pool table, lounge, bar table and bar fridge. After a day at the beach, wash all that salt and sand off in the outdoor shower, complete with hot water. High quality linens and towels are provided. Enjoy a large private backyard with plenty of space for a game of cricket. There is also a secure garage with internal access. For rainy days or a quiet afternoon there is a library of DVDs, books, toys and games and of course the pool table. For those travelling with young children we are able to provide a travel cot, high chairs and safety gate for stairs. The property is just 15 minutes walk to Caves Beach Shops where you'll find an excellent cafe, butcher, take-away store, IGA supermarket, gelateria and the Caves Beach Hotel. We are an easy 5 minutes drive to Swansea Centre with Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphy's, 24 hour service station and all facilities you will need. Or just further up the road you'll find Blacksmiths Beach and one of the best bakeries on the coast! Caves Beach House is also a perfect base for a day trip to the Hunter Valley where you can enjoy world class wineries and concerts. Special event coaches often depart just up the road at the Caves Beach Hotel. Please note that in Caves Beach mobile phone coverage can be patchy.
