Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths. The space The apartment is accessible via stairs only and is located on the first floor. The beds are standard queen size beds (160x200). The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine, water cooker, juice press, egg maker and Soda Stream. It also has all technical amenities necessary, like dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer and oven. The apartment has a fire stove, which should only be used after reading instructions left by the fire place. It is also equipped with a high chair for children and a stoke bathtub and a toddler's travel bed plus one children bed in one of the bedrooms. Well behaved dogs are allowed, but not on the couch or the bed. There is a separate dog bed available and dog bowls. Guest access Entire flat will be available to use alone. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are allowed, but please not on the couch or on the bed. A dog bed is under the couch and you’ll find a bowl in the drawer under the oven in the kitchen. Important: Please don’t change the central floor heating in the rooms, always keep it on and leave the thermostat as it is, otherwise you risk that the heating shuts down. If you feel it is too cold you may use the air heater located under the TV or if you want to use the fire stove please read the instructions first, which are located next to the fire place. Please use with care and don’t add to much wood at once, because the tiles could break inside the stove due to heat. In case of an emergency you’ll find a fire extinguisher next to the stove. No parties allowed in this apartment. Summer Season - NEW AROSACARD: From now on the guests can benefit from the Arosacard during Summer Season (Oct), which is an all inclusive offering for the cable cars and transportation. This charge is included in the nightly rate. Prior to your arrival we will issue you a QR code, which will grant you access to all offerings listed here: arosalenzerheide.swiss/allinclusive. COVID-19 measurements: As you can see in the reviews, the apt is very well maintained and cleaned, but we have taken additional measures and disinfect the flat after each guest to ensure we reduce the risk to the absolute minimum.
