Toledo's Time: Santa María

Welcome to Toledo. We offer this cozy apartment with the goal that you fall in love with Toledo as much as we do. For sure you'll find in it the perfect place to rest in this wonderful city. We hope to offer everything you need and more to make your stay unforgettable The space The apartment is in a newly renovated building (dated at the XVI century, but with older foundations) in the heart of the Jewish quarter. We believe that AirBnB offers us a way to also contribute with the community, and that's why we bought a dilapidated building three years ago. Now it is a magnificent house, with more than five hundred years of history. We have put all our passion into it. In it you will find that practically all the elements of the house are original, from the wooden coffered ceilings, to the imposing walls of brick and stone, the floors of hydraulic cement... but without forgetting that the house has to offer you all the possible comforts . We have been managing another apartment for 5 years and we know what a traveler needs. We hope you find it here. The access by car is very easy because you will access to the old town using the main street of the Jewish Quarter. There is usually a long-term stay parking places in the surroundings and there is a car park about 400 meters away. The bus line 2 will leave you 100 meters from the house if you come by public transport. The apartment is spacious and have a couple of cabinets for you to leave the clothes. In them you will find bedding, blankets and sets of towels for the bathroom. If you need it (under reservation) we can offer you free of charge both a travel cot and a highchair for your children. The apartment is very luninous and comfortable. The sofa can be opened and becomes a double bed. The kitchen is within into the living room. It is fully equipped. It hasa ceramic hob, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower with glass screen and has a hairdryer and first aid kit. The house is located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, one of the most important in Europe. When you leave the house you will find the synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, and less than two minutes away on foot, such as the church of San Juan de los Reyes, Santo Tomé, the Transito Synagogue, the Casa del Greco or the Puerta del Cambrón (among others). The cathedral is 500 meters away. We can help you prepare your visit, arranging guided tours (some of them free) or informing you of the cultural and leisure activities on the dates of your visit. In addition, in the house, you will have maps and a lot of literature about the city, its history, legends and monuments. Guest access The building has a beautiful patio around which the houses are distributed. You can enjoy the patio freely and relax listening to the breaking of the water from the fountain. Other things to note We have been offering our service to the entire AirBnB traveler community for five years. We know all the corners of the city like the palm of our hand, since Toledo and its history fascinates us.
