We recommend you pack your own beach towels and tabbard/insect spray since Zimbali enjoys a tropical climate. Check In/Out Times Check in from 15h00 and check out strictly 10h00. You will be able to check in at the Zimbali Suites Concierge until 17H00, thereafter you can check in at the Fairmont Hotel front desk. Upon Entry to the Suite When you enter the Suite, you will need your access card to activate the electricity. Simply insert your access card in the wall socket located on the right as you enter through the door. This will activate all the electronic devices in the suite. Prior to your arrival, the suite would have been cleaned and prepared for you. If you have any problems, please contact us immediately so we can fix any issues. DSTV The DSTV should be working when you arrive. If you have any problems with the DTSV, please send us a text message with the error code displayed on the TV screen. Cleaning Services This is a self-catering apartment and units are not serviced daily, only prior to arrival and upon your departure. Servicing may be done upon special request at R175 per day. There are no servicing facilities available on Sundays
