PLEASE NOTE : We are a bed & breakfast establishment. Guests do NOT have have usage of the kitchen. We are closed between 10.00 - 5.00 pm each day. The space Guests will be provided with a warm welcome and clean & tidy rooms. Fresh linen on the beds and access to a bathroom on the same floor. Breakfast is served between 7-9 am in the breakfast room with its wonderful valley views. PLEASE NOTE : We are a bed & breakfast establishment. Guests do NOT have have usage of the kitchen. We are closed between 10.00 - 5.00 pm each day. Guest access As this is a bed & breakfast only, access is the bedroom, the bathroom/shower room and the large breakfast room only. This breakfast room is on the ground floor. A utility room can also be made available for wet clothes and a large garden shed for bikes, surf boards, wet suits etc. Unless you arrive by cycling or by foot, access to the kitchen is NOT available. The house is closed from 10.00-17.00. All guests must vacate the house between those hours.
