Spacious double room in home with garden & English

The house has been entirely refurbished from top to bottom. It is minimalist, airy, bright, spacious & a tad girly. The open space kitchen, dining room and living room gives onto a secluded garden. You will be sharing the place with me and potentially with an other airbnb guests. The bedroom is spacious and luminous. It is fitted with a standard double bed, a wooden desk, two pink armchairs, a bedside table with draws, a spacious wardrobe with a chest of drawers. English tuition & bike rides The space Spacious, luminous, sparkling crisp white with touches of soft colours. A tad girly with all its pink furnishings! All the common rooms give onto a lovely south facing garden. No smoking/vaping at anytime anywhere on the premises. No pets. All guests are to work from their bedroom at all time as quietly as possible. No extra guests will be allowed unless paid & booked for. English tuitions and Bike rides around town available. Guest access You can use the bathroom of course and all the other common spaces albeit with parsimony: living room, dining room and the kitchen. furthermore, there is a seperate toilet downstairs Note: I ask the kitchen to be used sparingly and for dishes to be washed and put away immediately after the cooking is done. During your stay I will be around most of the time. I am happy to socialise with my guests from time to time but I am also happy to let them be and can make myself scarce. Other things to note There is a lovely park a minute walk away from the house. The westfield centre is but a stone throw away with its plethora of shops, restaurants and bars. And you will be spoiled for choice of activities at The Olympic Park. The house is conveniently situated withing walking distance from 3 Tube stations which will take you anywhere in London in no time at all I offer English tuition to suit your needs £15/hour as well as Bike rides around town.
