Duomo view is breathtaking ! The space The apartment is composed to one bedroom, kitchen and living room and double big terrace with duomo view !! The sofa is not the one in the photographs, but it is an equally beautiful and comfortable sofa for your evenings at home. Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge. At your complete disposal clean towels and sheets, stereo, moka coffee maker, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, hairdryer. Other things to note Note that: - Short stay (-30 days) for tourism purposes, we will sign a short contract and it will be recorded and submitted to the local Prefecture of Police after 24/48 hours of the beginning of your stay. All travellers in Italy are required to submit copy of your Passport when renting accommodations. - Long stay (+30 days) for study or works purposes, As for Italian law, any contract exceeding 30 days, regardless of the amount, need to be registered to the Italian Tax Authority. Therefore we require tenants booking the property for more that 30 days to sign a standard Italian rental 'transitory contract 3-18 month' (in English and Italian) before moving in.
