The apartment is located in an old residential building in the "Nordwestbahnstraße, Am Tabor" which is almost in the city center of Vienna. It has 85 square meters and consists of 3 cozy private rooms, a big shared living room, one shared bathroom with tube, one separate toilet, hallway and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with stove, fridge, sink and dishwasher. All necessary gadgets, furniture, crockery, bed linen, towels, WiFi are provided. Kitchen could be used only for breakfast. The washing machine is available to use with provided washing powder. In case of usage, it should be paid extra 5€. Right next to the apartment, you can find the well known Kurpark named "Augarten", where you could spend beautiful time with family and kids on more than 52 hectars. It is the oldest baroque garden of vienna and definitely worth a visit. You can reach the center in a fast way by tram. The tram stations are at the opposite of the main entrance of the apartment. Underground stations (U1/Praterstern; U4/Schwedenplatz) can be reached with the trams № 2 or № 5 within 5 to 10 mins. Within 5 minutes you can also reach the famous Prater Park. Supermarkets (Spar, Hofer, Billa etc.), shops (Bipa, DM etc.), Pharmacy and restaurants are reachable within 5 mins. walk. Cheap parking is available - €5.00 per day.
