The house at No. 1

A lovely 5 bedroom house in the heart of Havelock North with views out over Tainui Reserve and out to the mountains. Just a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the village. The 4 main bedrooms open out onto an expansive deck. Storage for bikes, golf clubs and other equipments is available in our garage next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the beautiful deck after a day enjoying the wineries and other attractions of Hawke’s Bay. We have tried to provide everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The space The House at No.1 is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and perched on the edge of Tainui Reserve. The reserve has lmany nice walking tracks for shorter walks up to 50 minutes. Te Mata Peak is very close also for those wanting longer walks. In the house the beautifully appointed living area has 2 couches and 3 single chairs on polished wooden floors. Sliding doors open out onto the expansive deck, where there is a large outdoor table and BBQ. The deck is a lovely place to sit and have a drink, enjoy a meal and watch the tui's zooming around. In the kitchen there is a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and espresso coffee machine. The four main bedrooms bedrooms have beds ranging from queen to king size, made up with high quality linen, electric blankets and reading lights. Each bedroom opens out on to the deck. The single bedroom is in an oversized walk in wardrobe with a skylight. it is adjacent to the master bedroom. Towels, face cloths and bath mats are provided. Surrounding the house is a lovely garden with a good sized lawn. There is plenty of parking with carports for 3 cars and room for more cars on the driveway. We are able to store bikes, golf clubs and other equipment in our garage next door. Ideal house for couples. Please, no children under 10.
