A Ktikados house with nice view.

Ideally located in Ktikados, a quiet, car-free village 5 km from Tinos, our house enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea and the islands opposite, the hill sculpted with terraces, and the village church. A beautiful path leads down to the sea in 1 hour on foot. It's a very easy house to live in with a large terrace well protected from the wind. The summer kitchen allows you to make the most of the terrace. The rooms are cool and modular. The space Inside: On the 1st level: 1 large double bedroom, storage, shower and toilet On the 2nd floor: in the first part, 1 equipped kitchen/dining room, shower, toilet. In the second part, 1 open and modular space: 1 living room with 2 single sofa beds and 1 alcove with 2 single beds joined to form a double bed. Outside: On the 2nd level: 1 large terrace under a pergola with a lovely view (on the left the church, in front the hill, and on the right the sea with a view of the islands opposite), 1 summer kitchen, and 1 outdoor bed. All this outdoor space is well sheltered from the wind. On the 3rd level, there is a small garden surrounded by oleanders, with young lemon and orange trees and 2 olive trees, among other things. It is the second-to-last house in the village; just after it, a very beautiful path begins that goes down to the sea. On the other side of the village, there is another path that goes to Tinos town (about 1 hour walk each way). There are no cars in the village; you leave your car in the parking lot, 2 blocks from the house. The village is known for its 3 taverns, all 3 very good and in different styles.
