This one of a kind retreat is the perfect, not so ordinary, experience! Located only ten minutes from the heart of Huntsville, and less than an hour from Bryan/College Station, the convenience is the icing on the cake for this 120 square foot tiny home which transports you back to 1950! Looking for more space for additional family? Stay in Tiny House on the Prairie's sister home, "Little House on the Prairie" and have the farm to yourself! The space This tiny home is a total of 120 (170 to include the loft) square feet. There is an enclosed bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen has a sink, mini fridge, shelving, microwave, hot plate, crock pot, mini waffle maker, and Keurig. coffee maker (pods provided) The bedroom is a loft style bedroom which consists of a queen sized bed. The kitchen area has a bistro style table with two chairs. The living room has a loveseat, which makes out into a Sealy twin sized bed and there is a flat screen television (three local channels). There is an outdoor grill with charcoal and starter next to the attached, covered patio. There is a large pond which is stocked regularly with catfish and a fire pit off to the side of the porch. The pond and driveway are the shared spaces with sister house "Little House on the Prairie". The Tiny House has a small fenced in area directly outside of the front door, which is approximately 220 square feet, for your pet/s. Guest access There is a designated parking area for Tiny House. Please do not block the driveway. Other things to note Please know that this is a "farm stay", focusing on relaxation and relief from the stressors of city living, and does not offer wifi or extended cable. The cell phone service, for all carriers is strong and some guests chose to use their cellular hotspots for internet connection.
