A cozy,nicely furbished apartment in a private house.The apartment is on the attic with a beautiful view over the city of Rab and surrounding islands. The nighborhood is very quiet.It can accomodate 4 person in two separate bedroom and day room. The space Our premisses are in a private house on the hill over the city of Rab.The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.The place is cozy and completelly furbished.It can accomodate 4 person.There is a day room with a cucinette,two separate bedroom with two separate beds each,a bathroom with shower, a day room.The cucinette is completelly equiped with a double fridge and dishwasher included.There is a satellite TV and WI-FI internet available 24 hrs.There is an electric grill available on the terrace and a charcoal grill in the frontyard.There is a free parking place inside the fenced frontyard. A small playground for the kids is also available in the frontyward. Restaurants and a church are on 700 m distance.The downtown with different events (supermarket,tourist office,police station,bank,post office,coffee shops etc..) and a public beach are at 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. Regretfully we cannot accept pets due to no possibility to accomodate them. Guest access The terrace,garden grill,electrical grill,the backyard and frontyard are all on complete disposition of the guest but to be shared with other guests in the house. Other things to note Our premisses are located in the center of the island giving a good possibility to visit other beaches and places of the island.Who like to walk or practice hicking in the nature , we are on a halfway to the top of Kamenjak (405 m above the sea),the island's highest peak which offers beautiful views to the landmark and other islands.There is a place to keep bycicles if there is a need. Nevertheles we do like animals we cannot accept pets due to no conditions.
