This apartment has a sea view from all the rooms! Very quiet, located in a large garden (4900 m2) that goes down to the beach. No road to cross, the sea is at the end of the garden, sometimes in it! Opposite: Chausey Islands, Brittany and Jersey. On foot: golf, equestrian center, tennis, boules court, thalassotherapy, hut (summer), supermarket. Granville and its shops, its sailing center, its markets, the Dior and Modern Art museums are 45 minutes' walk from the beach The space 1st floor apartment, very bright and spacious. The rooms have sea views. The kitchen is separate as well as the toilet. Through the windows, the show is constantly changing. Guest access When you arrive, you can park your car in the parking lot at the bottom of the apartment but I can also pick you up at Granville train station. You can store your bike safely at the foot of the apartment staircase and there are many routes. On foot you can do almost anything if you like walks.
