Each room may accommodate one additional guest only (children aged 5 and above are considered an additional guest). 2. Additional guest fee: NTD 500 per night; extra bed fee: NTD 1,000 per night. 3. All additional guest/extra bed fees must be paid on-site at check-in. 4. Any damage to the building or facilities must be compensated at replacement cost. 5. Guests who fail to comply with house rules may be refused accommodation at the host’s discretion. 6. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the property; violations will be reported to the police and handled according to law. 7. To maintain accommodation quality, the entire property is non-smoking and barbecuing is prohibited. 8. Please keep personal valuables with you at all times; the property is not responsible for loss or theft. 9. Please present valid identification at check-in for registration and settle the remaining balance. 10. After 22:00, please lower noise levels and avoid loud conversations to respect other guests. 11. Please occupy the room according to the agreed number of guests. If additional guests are needed, notify us in advance. 12. If arriving late due to personal reasons, please inform the property beforehand. ⸻ Kenting White Sand Beach Hotel – Check-in Reminders • Valid identification is required for registration prior to check-in. • Unaccompanied minors are not accepted. • Pets are not allowed. • The entire building strictly prohibits open flames, barbecuing, smoking, and illegal drugs. • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and bathrooms. Violators will be fined NTD 10,000 in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. • Do not dispose of toilet paper or foreign objects in the toilet. • When going out, please turn off the air conditioner manually to prevent condensation and water dripping caused by low temperatures. • Towels, bath towels, and slippers are for indoor use only and must not be taken out of the property. • No additional guests will be accepted on-site beyond the confirmed reservation. • Access to the 3rd floor and rooftop of the Nanwan Building is prohibited. • The lobby is a public area; overnight stays in the lobby are strictly prohibited. • After 22:00, please keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbances. • The room key card also serves as the main entrance card; please carry it with you at all times. • Check-in / Check-out times: 15:00 / 11:00. At check-out, please leave the key card at the front desk. • Check-in hours: 15:00–18:30. If you will arrive late, please notify us in advance. • Any damage to property items must be compensated at replacement cost. • For whole-property bookings, late check-out incurs a fee of NTD 2,000 per hour.
