CoZy House Venice Biennale

Cozy House is a delightful apartment in the heart of the "sestiere" of Castello, one of the most residential areas of the island. It is a typical land-to-sky Venetian house renovated and equipped with all comforts. The house is close to the Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes from Saint Mark's Square and 10 minutes by vaporetto from Venice Lido. On the ground floor there is a living room with a comfy sofa, a kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a small service bathroom and a private courtyard. On the first floor there is the double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and in bedroom shower, and a small service bathroom. On the second floor there is a wooden attic/play area. The house is completely available to guests. We will be happy to answer any of your requests during your stay. As soon as you get off the water bus at Giardini stop you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the natural environment around you and by the stunning view of the Grand Canal and St. Mark's cathedral in front of you. Our Cozy House is just 5 minutes walk from the water bus stop in a very quiet area where you can still taste the real Venice away from the crowd but at the very heart of the artistic life of this amazing city (Biennale exhibition centre) and at walking distance (about 10/15 minutes) from St. Mark's Square. To reach the apartment, from Piazzale Roma or Venezia Santa Lucia train station you can take the ACTV water bus line 5.1/4.1/6 to “Giardini Biennale” stop and then walk a few minutes. From Marco Polo Airport you can take the Alilaguna boat to “Arsenale” stop. If you're coming by car, you can park at Piazzale Roma. We suggest you to book online the parking at "Autorimessa comunale" or "Garage San Marco". They cost EUR 25-30 per day. You can find cheaper parkings (EUR 5-7 per day) in the mainland: in Via Righi, Marghera or at San Giuliano park, Mestre. You will then have to take a bus to Piazzale Roma and reach Venice a few minutes. Tickets cost EUR 1.50 each. As an alternative to the public transportation, we can organize a private transfer by boat taxi that can bring you very close to the apartment. Taking the taxi from the airport costs EUR 140. With Meet and Greet service at the arrivals the rate is EUR 150. From the train/bus station it costs EUR 70. It is possible to access the apartment independently through the key box. Before check-out, please leave the tourist tax on the table in cash, which is EUR 4 per person per night, free for children under 10 and EUR 2 from 10 to 16.
