Walk or swim at beautiful Ruakaka Surfbeach! 10kms to Waipu township, 20kms to Waipu Cove and Beach, 20 minutes to Whangarei City which offers many local attractions. Guest access Full apartment, with own private deck & a large umbrella for shade. Cool outside spaces by the river, parking available on the property (1 x car). Guests are free to walk along the riverbank esplanade. Easy walk to local shopping centre. Other things to note Please be aware that this property is located alongside a river, so small children need to be supervised at all times. We do not recommend swimming in the river outside our property - the current can be strong and it is deep. There are other parts of the river that can be accessed for enjoyment. The property is single level and flat so access is easy. The shower is roomy, with grip-rails for our more elderly guests. We have a small shed (locked) for guest's use to store bikes, sports equipment, large luggage, etc. The key for the storeage shed is available upon arrival.
