The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (!MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS). Family accommodation in the heart of Riga! New apartment overlooking the Old Town (Jekaba Square), with a total area of ~46 sq. m., ideal for a family with children, one couple or for a business trip. The apartments consist of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small corridor. The living room, with an area of ~ 25 sq.m., combined with an open-plan kitchen, is equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. The space The apartment is located on the third floor facing the Jekaba Square in a historic building built in the late 18th century, rebuilt in 1879 by architect Victor de Grabbe. The apartment was renovated to a high standard and provides the comforts of a luxurious accommodation with A/C (during summer season - due to high electricity bills for extra price if needed), high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, 1 flat screen TV (Smart/Internet TV) in the living room, free Wi-Fi access, linen and towels for each guest. The apartment windows overlook the beautiful, noiseless Jacob Square. Guest access This modern, self-catered, newly-renovated, one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (!2 adults MAX). It could be a family with kids, romantic couple, or a business traveler. It is decorated in 'loft' style with stylish green, grey and black colors. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen bed (160x200 см) and 2 bunk-beds for the children (80х190 см each/ up to 80 kg), living room with an open plan kitchen and a dining area, and a bathroom. There is a sliding sofa-bed (140х200 sleeping space) in the living room. Other things to note Upon prior request and whenever possible, I provide self-storage facility for luggage for those who're arriving prior to check-in time or need to stay longer after the check-out. Surveillance recording devise is installed by entrance door in the main area from both sides (before entering to the apartment), for security purposes and to monitor that my rental policies are upheld.
