Well located, within walking distance to the quiet back beach of San Remo and great cafes and shops in the Main Street. House is comfortably set up for a relaxing holiday. Secure and private yard. Great views out to the heads. The space 4 bedroom house. Main bedroom is an upstairs retreat that has a queen bed, tv, ensuite and sitting area with great views. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, one with a set of bunks and single bed and another small room with a set a bunks. Wardrobe storage in all rooms. The lounge has 1 fold out sofa (double) so there is the potential to sleep extras. Each bedroom has split system Air-con & heating. Wood heater in the lounge room. Large flat screen TV, DVD player and large selection of DVDs. Outdoor setting and BBQ. Guest access Full access to the house and yard. The house is fully equipped for your stay. The shed is not available. Other things to note Linen and bathroom towels are included. BYO beach towels.
