The space Our apartment is an airy and compact studio on the penthouse level with the most incredible sweeping 180 degree views of famous Bondi Beach, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or less depending on your pace, and it is presented luxuriously, for a very cosy and comfortable stay. Clean, chic, with a very cosy feel, can sleep 1- 2 people on a luxurious bed and the plushest mattress. The location is a convenient 8-10 minutes walk to the beach, or 10-15 min other way to Bondi Junction. It is perfect retreat spot, perfect for living close to the beach lifestyle, and still being close to Sydney CBD. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants across the road. ENJOY NYE FIREWORKS ON ROOFTOP POOL! Guest access The entire spacious apartment will be yours. Clean towels and fresh comfortable bedding is all supplied for your stay. Feel free to prepare meals in your compact equipped kitchen and do some laundry using our internal washing machine. Other things to note NOTICE OF WORKS | NOISE DISRUPTION Commencement Date: 28 May 2025 Duration: Approximately 20-30 working weeks Please note this timeframe is subject to weather conditions and the findings during the works. Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Saturday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm No work will be undertaken on Sundays or Public Holidays. With sincere apologies in advance, we have repairs to the rooftop and access to the pool will be unavailable for the duration until end of Feb 2026. NOISY PART OF THE REPAIRS: DEMOLITION WORKS Monday, 2nd June 2025 - Wednesday, 11th June 2025 Please be advised that a period of high-noise activity is anticipated due to demolition works. ACCESS TO WORK AREAS During the scheduled working hours, unrestricted access to all designated work zones, particularly the rooftop, is essential. LOCKED YOURSELF OUT: A locksmith is not able to help as they need ownership ID, therefore we have set up a person who can come to meet you and give you access at a cost to you. If you need access after check in time - 12am: AUD$180 Access on weekends = $200 If you need access between 12am - 6am: AUD$250 LOSS OF KEYS: Replacement cost is AUD$200. All the apartments in my building do not have fly screens, hence please expect the occasional fly or mosquitoes/bugs that may fly through.
