The "Andromède" apartment where you will reside is a large new, fully equipped industrial-style F2 that can accommodate 4 people. The decor is modern and refined. No smoking allowed. Composed of a living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Located on the 4th and top floor without elevator access in a quiet building composed of 4 apartments. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, to rest between excursions, enjoy your vacation or work in a peaceful setting. The space Ideally located, close to all transport (train station, bus and tram) and amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, monuments...). It is located in the heart of the city of Caen on its marina. Renovated with a modern decor in 2020, perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a living room with dining area, equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed, two armchairs and a sideboard. The kitchen is furnished and equipped (dishes, dishes, oven, induction stove, hood, refrigerator, washing machine, Gold capsule coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, kettle, iron, ironing board).
