House is decorated in unique style with all handmade staffs. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the garden and Salt System Swimming pool size 2.8*5.5*1.5 meters will make you feel very comfortable and fresh start in everyday single day. The space There are 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Kitchen and 1 spacious Living room. We have 2 nice balconies in our beautiful garden around the house. The house has and outdoor area, where you can dine and enjoy it. There is a private car parking. We also provide Free WiFi,Apple TV with Netflix, Hair dryer, Extension Cord, Microwave ,Rice Cooker,Coffee Maker, Toaster, Electric stove, Refrigerator, Washing machine and 4 Bicycles are provided. We decorated Good Mood House base on what we like and more than that is what make you feel WoW (^o^) and comfortable while you’re here so we’ve prepared everything you need to use in the house even wooden toys for kids. This house is located in the Jed Yod village which you can also explore on local life. See thing different from the city like Old City or Nimmanhemin area. (We’re only 5mins by car from nimman and 10mins from airport) Believe me, this place will give you a unique feeling. Quiet,peaceful &private stay within only 5 mins from Nimmanhemin area. It’s so easy to travel around. You can use Uber to pick you up right at the house. Just type Good Mood House on the application and you can also find us on other search engine by Good Mood House or Ban R Rom Dee. Don’t worry about safety. It’s super safe around here. We live in the house next to you so if you need anything. Let us know and we’ll be there. Stay with us and you won’t regret it at all :)) Guest access The whole house and garden is all yours :) Other things to note ## The house is in a nice and quiet location. 5-10 mins walks from mainroad. It's convenient to travel and this place will give you the feeling like a real local. Can't find it somewhere else :) It is set in ideal location to truly escape the bustle of city life. We have free bicycles available for you and if you need a picked up service. It's easy to use Uber to pick you up right at your door And if you need a Motorbike or car rental service , it also can delivery right at your door, too. :) Our location is not far from Old city, Nimmanhemin Rd, Chiangmai zoo or else. Our house is located 500 meters away from main road. If you want a quiet, private relax and getaway from the city, we recommend you to stay with us. And don't worry. Our neighbourhood is safe. :)) !!! For staying 2 weeks and up,we’ll ask you to pay for the electric use 5 thb for unit. There’s no extra charge. Just exactly amount that you use :)
