Stunning Seafront Location With Panoramic Views

Welcome to Sunny Cottage, a cosy coastal home located in the seaside town of Penzance, just a stones throw from the beach and offering sweeping views across Mounts Bay towards St Michael's Mount. Holding a stunning coastal location, Penzance provides the perfect base to explore West Cornwall. The towns culinary gems, bustling art scene and maritime charm ensure you'll discover the 'real' Cornwall during your stay. The space Sunny Cottage is located on Chyandour Cliff (Cornish for 'house of the water'), the elevated position offers fantastic sea views and the beach below the property is only a two minute walk away. There is plenty of on street parking two minutes walk from the Cottage. There is also a large carpark (free between 4pm - 9am) at Penzance harbour a five minute walk away and the train station is also a five minute walk. The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do, while some of Cornwalls best beaches and beauty spots are easily reachable by car / bus / train / bike. Sunny Cottage's cosy and modern interior provides a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring everything Penzance and the surrounding coast has to offer. There is fast WiFi (100 mbps +) throughout the property. Downstairs you will find an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen offering sea views from the front window. This social space comes equipped with all the usual bits and pieces and also has a smart tv (Netflix etc.) and an Internet/Bluetooth radio. There is a small courtyard off the kitchen offering space for bike storage etc. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster (no freezer or washing machine). On the first floor the master bedroom offers stunning panoramic views over Mounts Bay towards the Atlantic ocean. To the west you can see Penzance harbour, while St Michale's Mount sits to the east. This space offers the perfect vista to sit and while away the hours watching the fishing boats come and go, local surfers catching a wave or the Scilonian return from it's daily trip to the Isles of Scilly. It's also a great spot to watch the sunrise, or a storm roll in off the Atlantic. The room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and a comfy double bed. The second bedroom has a small double (4ft) bed and overlooks a wild and wonderful garden. The bathroom (also offering incredible views with the door open!) is clean and functional with a power shower, toilet and sink. As the property is located on the seafront road into Penzance there will be some traffic noise. Other things to note Due to being a full time mum to my excitable toddler Sonny and cuddle loving newborn Rosa I can't always respond to enquiries as quickly as I'd like but rest assured that I will respond as soon as possible :)
