It is positioned in the near vicinity of the centre (200-300 m), arranged beach is only 200 meters away, store Maximarket (20 m), restaurant (40 m), post-office (400 m), bus station (250 m), physician’s office (50 m), bank (70 m), museum (3 km), disco bar (6 km) and so on. Apartment is a combination of retro and modern styles (only 200 meters from the sea). Spacious apartment of 60 square meters on the ground floor of the family house, with separate entrance, spacious garden and terrace, park and parking space. It consists of separated sleeping area, completely equipped kitchen with the dining room and bathroom. It offers the Internet connection and SAT TV. There are shadowed park and garden in front of the house. This apartment is ideal for families with children as it offers a variety of recreational equipment (basketball, table tennis, swings, possibility to rent bicycles (3), and so on). The space in front of the very entrance to the apartment is covered and there is a table suitable for dinning and spending time outside in general.
