This beautifully designed home is a Hop Skip and a Jump away from the fabulous Boomerang Beach. Located 3 hrs drive north of Sydney and 1.5 hrs drive north of Newcastle airport. Barefoot Beach House is architecturally designed with open luxury living space. Its double brick and has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, bbq, enclosed deck,courtyard, grass/garden area, inside outside music, fire pit. Its lovely and quiet making it perfect for holiday stays all year round. The space A lounge room up stairs, a lounge room down stairs, a outdoor area and an inside out door area, a dining area and a front yard sitting area. 4 bedrooms in the top house and 1 on the bottom. Guest access We have drive way parking (2 cars only) and st parking we ask to limit the number of vehicles driven to the house.
