Private room in 130 m2 house with garden

House in very quiet subdivision. Modern decor. Garden/beautiful terrace. Bright room. Double bed/large TV/DVD player. Bathroom and toilet next door. These spaces are on the ground floor of the house and ours is on the floor so privacy and independence. Free parking in the yard. Internet and Wi-Fi. Rouen is 11 km away. Paris is less than 2 hours away. During the week we get up around 7am and 8am on the weekend so a little life at that time. There is a cat but it will never come into your spaces.
