Downstairs features: 4-seat Lounge, ceiling fan, TV, dining table with 4 seats, study nook, laundry with washing machine, ironing board & iron. The second bedroom is located downstairs with 1x queen bed, air ceiling fan & built in robe. Upstairs features: Master bedroom with 1x Queen bed, ceiling fan, new air conditioning & built in robes (1 robe will be not available for use). Both bathrooms are quite small & narrow, however both include a toilet & shower. Hair dryer provided. UPDATED PARKING - you will have access to one spot in the secure undercover carpark. As our property is located in a central area, street parking on Sportsman Avenue can be busy at times. Parking is also available at the Mermaid Beach Bowls Club, which has off-street parking available in the car park. Fresh towels & bedding supplied.
