This delightful cottage is in a great central location and has been tastefully renovated. It boasts a large kitchen/dining room, a generous downstairs bathroom (bath & separate shower), comfy lounge, and a piano for those music enthusiasts. A wooden staircase leads up from the lounge to the 2 bedrooms (1x double, 1 x double/twin). Only a minutes walk down to the village centre, and a couple up to the golf club. Private off road parking available. Sorry but NO PETS or children. ADULTS ONLY max 4 The space The cottage is deceptively spacious, with lots of room to relax in. Built in the 1880's Victorian era, it was previously the stables of the main house. Early morning / dusk, we have roe deer that wander round the garden and red squirrels also dash busily about on a daily basis. The local Corbett Ben Vrackie can be walked directly from the cottage, with many other fantastic walks on the doorstep. Skiing options are Cairngorms (Aviemore) and also Glenshee, both approx. 1hrs drive away. If you love the outdoors, there's so much to do - walking / cycling / canoeing / fishing - even bungy jumping and canyoning for the more 'extreme' sports are available nearby. But if you wanted to take it easy you can visit the shops, relax in a café/restaurant, these too are all on the doorstep. Something for everyone. Guest access The cottage is detached, which is your own personal space. Kitchen/dining room which is fully fitted and has everything needed, lounge with leather suite, Smart TV, blue-tooth Hi Fi music system, piano, plenty of books to read, downstairs bathroom with bath and large separate shower. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (max of 4 people), 1 x double bed and the other is 1 x double + single bed so this can be used as a twin room, dressing tables, wardrobe and drawers. Towels and bedding are provided. A full information pack is also in the cottage with stacks of ideas of things to do, see and visit. Other things to note The cottage is opposite the main house, so access to the drive / car parking / gardens are shared, however there is plenty of space for everyone. 2 cars can be parked directly outside the cottage, so easy to unpack and make yourself comfortable.
