A bright and open 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac located in the historic town of Bushmills. This property also features a large garden with outdoor seating and views of the River Bush. Check in is after 2pm and check out is 11am, however if we don't have a same day turnaround these times are flexible. We welcome ALL with open arms. All religions, nationalities, genders. NI Tourist Board approved and dog friendly. The space The perfect property for a weekend retreat, Game of Thrones sight seeing or for a golfing trip! Relax and enjoy the spacious garden with views of the River Bush or take a short walk or drive to some of Northern Ireland's most scenic location and attractions. - The Giant's Causeway, Northern Ireland's first UNESCO Heritage Site, is a geological wonder and home to a wealth of history and legend. The 40,000 basalt stone columns left by volcanic eruptions 60 million years ago intrigue and inspire visitors. - Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, this famous rope bridge near Ballintoy links the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede. It spans 20 metres and is 30 metres above the rocks below. - Rathlin Island, this rugged Island is Northern Ireland's most northerly point. It is accesible by ferry and during the summer months is home to Northern Ireland's only puffin colony. The Property: Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with King size bed, views of the garden and river and an en-suite shower and bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Double Bedroom at the front of the property Bedroom 3 - Single day-bed that pulls out into a double. Kitchen/Living Room - Taking up most of the ground floor this spacious and bright area has a dining table, living room with comfy sofas and Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and patio doors into the garden. Garden - This large L shaped space has a patio overlooking the river, with a BBQ. Perfect for a chilled summer evening. We are dog friendly and NI Tourist Board approved. Guest access You will be able to access the entirety of the property. Other things to note There are steep stairs up to the bedrooms which might be difficult for very young children or the less able bodied.
