Casa Studer - Fantastic views, near Locarno

The lower floor houses 3 bedrooms, while the upper floor features a practical kitchen with a small balcony facing the mountainside and a spacious living room with a fireplace and panoramic views of Aurigeno village and the Maggia Valley. Situated in the village center and on the forest edge, it's an ideal base for various activities, with hiking trails starting nearby and Maggia River beaches and a scenic waterfall within walking distance. The space There is an extra washbasin in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are cozy and each bed has its own light and bedside table. In each room there is a chest of drawers or hanging space for clothes. The curtains are darkening lined. Guest access The entire apartment is only accessible to vacation guests and with a key code. I am obliged to provide your details to the local police. Please send me an official identification document. ID, or passport as well as the address of your place of residence. Other things to note Please note that Casa Studer is a self-catering accommodation, and you will be checking in yourself, earliest at 4 pm and latest at 10 pm. Access is granted via a key code. Also note: During school holidays, the house is only available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. This includes spring holidays (usually 2 weeks in April), summer holidays (July and August), and autumn holidays (2 weeks in October). I want to point out that this house was renovated in 1974 and does not comply with current (2019) safety regulations everywhere. This includes some railing and window sill heights, as well as the bench on the small terrace and stairs. (Legally permissible for houses of this generation). By signing the rental agreement, you assume full responsibility for your children and their safe conduct in accordance with the above. It is not dangerous, and nothing has ever been objected or happened. (Cantonal Permit: C34274) Important information about the location of the house: Aurigeno faces southeast, meaning the sun rises later and for a shorter period in spring. In summer, the sun rises at 8 am. Around 12 pm, the sun shifts to the back small terrace of Casa Studer. Please leave the house as you found it. Toys and furniture in their original place. Start the dishwasher, dispose of waste, or recycle according to instructions provided in the house or at the recycling center at the village entrance. I have been maintaining, restoring, and partly equipping it with my lamps for 25 years. Inside the house, you will find a folder with the "user manual" for Casa Studer.
