Lovely One Bedroom Garden Maisonette nr Westfield

A lovely space in a newly redecorated ground floor maisonette flat. This Victorian house is set in a quiet and well located residential street within walking distance of Westfield Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith. With sitting room/ dining area downstairs plus a functional kitchen area. Upstairs a double bedroom looking out over the garden and good storage space. Next door there is a bathroom with bath/ shower/ toilet as well as a separate toilet downstairs. Garden available in warmer months! The space PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES: I provide basic toiletries/ hairdryer for guests as well as linen and towels. Kitchen basics are provided also ie coffee pods, cooking oil, seasoning. Some spaces might have personal belongings but will be marked/ locked. Only booked guest(s) are permitted to stay - if it is a two person booking I will need details for both guests in advance. No unbooked and unregistered guests. Violation will be cause for cancellation. No parties. If entertaining, quiet time after 10PM on weeknights - please be considerate to my neighbours. No eating/ food in the bedroom. All dishes/ washing up must been clean on checkout. No smoking inside. If you want to smoke in the garden you must dispose of all cigarette butts. If you use fake tan please bring your own linen to avoid staining of sheets. You will be charged if sheets/ towels are left stained. Please turn off all lights & double lock the door when you leave the flat. Please look after your keys. Should you lose them you might have to wait until I can get you another set & you will be charged costs for a new set. No pets. Guest access You're welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals and coffee/ tea are provided. You must wash up before you leave - do not leave any dirty dishes on check out.
