The cottage has been recently renovated and modern comforts such as a new kitchen area and shower room have been installed. It has been tastefully furnished with a blend of modern and antique furniture and original watercolours. This peaceful cottage is set in a rural hamlet with bedroom views towards the hills at the back and across the valley at the front. Entering through a small hallway into a cosy, open plan living and kitchen area with an inglenook fireplace housing an Aga woodburning stove and exposed beams. The kitchen area has has all you should need for a memorable stay, with an antique oak table and chairs which are ideal for a family meal or perhaps a romantic dinner for two. Upstairs are two bedrooms both with hotel quality 10 inch thick sprung mattresses and pure cotton bedlinen. The double bedroom to the front offers far-reaching views and a cosy twin room at the rear is ideal for children. A modern ground floor shower room extension completes the accommodation. Outside, there is off road parking to the rear of the cottage for two cars. There is a sunny patio area and seating at the front, where you can sit and unwind with a good book or the morning papers in peace and tranquillity.
