Bartell Guest Suite ‘The Garden Room’

Located in Greenwood, we have a lovely self-contained retreat available for short city stays. The room has a comfy queen size bed, tv, drawers, hanging space, a kitchenette and a bar fridge so you can make yourself at home 😉 The room also has its own ensuite with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. There is also a dedicated new kitchen inclusive of cooktop, stove, microwave and bbq area. You are welcome to enjoy the lovely outdoor area overlooking the park. The space Greenwood is a lovely leafy suburb halfway along the train line between the cities of Perth and Joondalup and only 7 minutes from Hillarys Boat Harbour and Sorento Beach. Our home is located next to a park with native trees attracting many varieties of bird life. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry as there is a car rental facility within a 10 minute walk.
