This is a wonderful Home from Home. Stylish and cosy, great location, being close to the centre of Swansea, the Marina and beach. The apartment is on the 12th floor giving amazing views from the lounge. Don't worry though there are 2 lifts/elevators! The space If you're staying on a budget, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything required for home cooking. If you're on holiday and have no intention of cooking, there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways in Swansea. There is a restaurant opposite the entrance and one on the top floor of the tower with amazing panoramic views! The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, with full length glass-door wardrobe and chest of drawers. The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas (including a double sofa-bed), flat-screen TV with Sky, Freeview and Netflix, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing-machine and is well stocked with cooking essentials. The Bathroom has a bath with shower over-the-bath. The apartment is convenient for the City Centre, Grand Theatre, University campuses, Swansea College of Art, Glynn Vivian Art Gallery, Singleton Hospital, Liberty Stadium, marina and beaches. The local restaurants include the Grape & Olive with panoramic views, the Pescador and many others in the Marina. The City Centre is a 10-minute walk. There you will find more restaurants and extensive shopping facilities. We would love to host you and hope to see you soon!! Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note The apartment is between the Marina and the beach so there is plenty of lovely walks around the area. The apartment is close to the city centre for all of the shops and restaurants. There are a number of restaurants in the marina itself as well as a local Coop on the doorstep.
