Strategic area close to each type of public transport towards the city center, the sea or other Genoa's residential areas. My accommodation is suitable for an adult and a minor, alone adventurers and for who travels for work. Very large modern bright room with two single beds, suitable for an adult and a minor. The room is comfortable and neutrally decorated with air conditioner and adjustable heaters for cold season as you prefer. You will have your own key to come and go as you please. You’ll also have the keys of your room. want you can watch TV. The property offers a fully-fitted kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher etc.) with a private balcony for each room. As a guest, you will have your own private shower and toilet, also washing machine. All common areas can be used. Hair dryer, bed linen, pillows and blankets, little and big towels, pressing iron and bottled water are provided. As well as the necessary basis for personal hygiene such as soap and shower gel. The bathroom is private but might be shared if I am at the apartment. Grocery, bars, laundrette, chinese, italian and pizza take away close by. Quiet area, bus stops to station and city center or to seaside. There is a big wardrobe, bed side tables, lamp and clothes rack. There is WiFi in the house. Late check-in is allowed, just let me know it before your arrival. Guest access Guests will have their own bathroom as well as the booked room with a large balcony while staying in Genoa, using the kitchen will be possible.
