4 storey townhouse in iconic street. With cinema!

Our home in iconic Blaker St. is occasionally let out for guests. Perfect for 5 (room for a couple more, please message). Centrally located, yet quiet, peaceful & spacious townhouse. Minutes from Brighton’s many attractions, the house is a stone’s throw from Brighton Pavilion & a stroll from the beach. Located in an iconic, colourful street, it's perfect for a family or friends get-together by the seaside. There is also a tiny cinema - 'The Minema'. The space The spacious house is arranged over 4 floors. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and en-suite shower room, 1 with a king bed), 1 child's bedroom (with a single bed and an optional single memory foam mattress that can be put on the floor), and an optional double memory foam mattress that can be used in the communal living room (or wherever suits). All beds (and mattresses) have quality, white Egyptian cotton bedding, with ample feather / non-feather pillows to choose from. 5 is set as the amount of guests, but 8 can be accommodated using all of the floor mattresses. This isn’t a party house, it’s a family home. I base the price on roughly £100 per person a night for 5 people, great value for Brighton! The house is on a fairly steep hill and there are 3 flights of stairs – so probably unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The house will be dressed for Christmas festivities. Guest access The house does have some notable additional features. It’s home to the world’s smallest cinema, where local legend Fatboy Slim held the World Premiere for his live cinema gig, Big Beach Bootique V. Our tiny 6-seater cinema (“The Minema”) includes vintage theatre seats (salvaged from Brighton's Thatre Royal during a re-fit) and full retro cinema styling, complete with HD projector & 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound. It’s available for your use. If you’re meeting friends in Brighton, you’re welcome to invite them over for a unique cinematic experience. Other features of the house include a pretty & secluded suntrap garden and a super-stylish environment. 2 night minimum generally, 3 nights minimum bank holiday/holiday weekends.
