I’m the owner of SAMURAI HOUSE. SAMURAI HOUSE was opened on Octob(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). It has been two years since I started the planning on this housing project, “SAMURAI HOUSE”. The name came from the famous samurai fighters, Nobunaga, Hideyoshi, and Ieyasu. They were born here in Aichi prefecture in the Sengoku period. I studied in Toronto, Canada when I was a university student. Because of the experience I really wanted to do something in the future for people coming from foreign countries to Japan. After graduating university, I worked for the Aichi Expo as an employee of the Aichi prefectural government for two years. 25 million visitors attended and the Aichi Expo and it was a huge success. It was from this time I become really interested in tourism and supporting the visitors to Aichi Prefecture. Starting in 2027 Maglev trains will be running from Tokyo to Nagoya in only 40 minutes and I expect that many people will visit Nagoya once again. This is a big chance for me to fulfil one of my dreams. I didn’t want to miss this great opportunity so I quit my job and started this housing business to assist foreigners coming to my favorite place in Japan! I have an eight-year-old son, and we often go traveling around the world. The hotels we stayed in were not always comfortable, fun or entertaining. I always felt that these places could have provided bikes, games, toys, picture books, etc… and thought, wouldn’t it be fantastic if I could provide a whole house with these things to my guest!
