We offer a fully furnished condo with balcony facing the Manila Bay at Shore Residences. The condo is at very close proximity to the Mall of Asia and the SM Mall of Asia Arena. We offer fast WIFI internet connection, cable TV and Netflix. The complex includes a outdoor pool landscape. Several restaurants, convenience stores and a laundry service are in a little walking distance available. Our guest like the short distance to the Ninoy Aquino Airport to start or end their Philippines trip. The unit is 28 sq m wide with balcony facing the seaside. There is a patio table set where you could enjoy sipping your drinks while watching the sun set at the horizon. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, electric stove, water kettle, rice cooker and bread toaster. Pots and pans are provided for guests who love to cook. Bed linens and towels are provided for guests. For long term stays, bed linens are exchanged every 2 weeks. The sofa could be converted to bed in case there would be additional guests. Guests have access to amenities on the like sitting areas, small playgrounds and swimming pools. The pool area is open from 08:00 until 20:00 Swimming pool access cost 150 PHP per person and day. The access pass can be obtained at the building admin office during their opening hours, or you let us know in advance and we will organize passes for you and you pay the fee to our co hosts during your check in. We have a late check in fee of 250 PHP if guests arrive after 22:00 without prior agreement before booking. Shore Residences Tower C is located at Mall of Asia Complex where every shops are just around the vicinity. There are various restaurants at the ground floor that could satisfy gastronomic taste of any guests. Mall of Asia, the largest mall in the Philippines, can be reached in 7-10 minutes walk or by 5-minute car drive. Shore Residences Tower C is accessible by car. Guests could come by taxi or grab. Public transportation are located at the entrance of Mall of Asia and there are Shuttle jeepneys that goes around the complex. The international airport NAIA is just 5.4 km away. There is no free parking space available with the unit. Paid parking is available in front of the building and can be accessed in front of Sunrise Drive. Parking prices is P50 for first 4 hours, P50 for every hour after, plus 300 for overnight fee. Please always demand a receipt from the cashier booth. The building administration requires a government ID of all guests to issue a guest pass to access the build and amenities. The admin office is open 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-18:00 every day except on holidays. Please submit your ID as fast as possible after booking, that we can take care of the paper work on time and your check in will be smooth. Building amenities have different opening hours, e.g. pool area is open in the hours from 08:00 - 22:00. Please understand that we are not running a hotel. We fully clean and turn-over the property daily, that requires time to ensure it is done to your satisfaction. We require at least 4 HOURS advanced notice for same-day bookings. Meaning, if you book at 1PM and your check in is the same day as you book, your check in is 5PM same day. We will check you in as soon as we can, sometimes earlier so please communicate with us. Please give us an expected time of arrival ASAP. Please update us if there are changes to your arrival (example being early or being late). We require at least 4 hours notice before your arrival. Being late is OKAY as long as you UPDATE us right away.
